Performance pay and incentives built for the trades
We help you design pay plans that drive your business goals and get your crew thinking like owners.

When your employees act like owners, everybody wins
Great employees treat your business like it’s their own.
They show up on time and deliver a world-class customer experience that can fuel referrals for years to come.
But finding and retaining those employees is easier said than done, especially in tight talent markets.
Trusted by 300+ service businesses across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and more.

Real results from real businesses
Hourly pay alone won't attract and retain top technicians. ShareWillow builds pay plans that do.
Without a clear structure tying effort to reward, even great techs plateau. ShareWillow helps you build plans your crew can track in real time — so they see exactly how good work grows the business and their paycheck.
Turn pay into performance. Turn performance into profit.

“The best part about ShareWillow is that it directly ties the employee’s rewards to their individual activities. We love the ability to create goals for each department based on KPIs and metrics and show the team progress in real time. Getting that information into the hands of those responsible for it is extremely powerful. Every worker wants to feel appreciated and know they are making an impact. ShareWillow’s software bridges that gap for the employee and the company. “

“Prior to ShareWillow, we were sharing bonuses and profits for manually for 18 months. Since bringing them onboard we have implemented a fair and appropriate structure to calculate bonuses. ShareWillow has allowed us to introduce transparency and accuracy paired with clear expectations of how great performance is awarded to everyone on the team. Everyone that works at ShareWillow is awesome as well, but ultimately the tool has provided the opportunity for our employees to feel more a part of the bigger vision we have at First-Rate Movers.”

“ShareWilow was the answer to our profit sharing goals and ambitions! We had tried several different methods to encourage accountability and have employees take more ownership in daily decisions of projects. In our minds, the key is to reward based on project specific results as opposed to across the board bonuses. ShareWillow managed to incorporate not only profit sharing per project, but they also incorporated performance reviews into the calculations as well. We’ve been using the software for three years and have had positive feedback from our employees. Highly recommend you give ShareWillow a try!”

ShareWillow helps you in a few easy steps
1.
Determine your cadence
Choose how frequently you want to pay out cash bonuses. We recommend you do it every quarter to build a positive feedback loop, but have a 30-60 day delay in payout so you can close all your books.
2.
Set up thresholds
Set company-wide goals that have to be hit in order for your incentive plan to payout. You’ll give your team something to work towards, and make sure a payout only happens when you can afford it.
3.
Establish formulas
Set up formulas for different employees. You can determine a minimum amount of tenure to participate in the program, group employees together by role, and customize it any way you want.
4.
Launch and share
Invite your employees into ShareWillow where they can see their calculations, goals, and documents in one dashboard.
Designed for industries that scale through employees
If you’re a small business that relies on employees to serve customers, ShareWillow can help you build an incentive plan that motivates them. Check out our industry playbooks to see how others have done it.
